As a heartfelt thank you to our community heroes and valued seniors, we’re proud to offer a discounted 60-minute Serenity Flow: Swedish Relaxation tailored for teachers, first responders, healthcare workers, military, and senior citizens (65+). This session features light to medium pressure with long, flowing strokes, gentle kneading, and rhythmic techniques to melt away stress, ease muscle tension, and promote deep relaxation.

Although for best results it is recommended to address the body as a whole, as everything is connected, sometimes we can only squeeze in a small amount of time for self care. This 30 minute session allows you to choose to spend time on head, neck & traps (upper shoulders as some refer to), or lower back, or feet & calves.
Working head, neck and traps is great for relieving tension headaches.
Focusing on lower back helps relieve tension from sitting at a desk all day or for those who have jobs requiring them to lift objects (or kiddos) often.
Attention to feet helps those on their feet all day or battling plantar fasciitis.
Buccal Intraoral Nonsurgical Facelift 60 min. $150
Benefits of this massage improves the overall tone and skin texture, releases muscle tension that causes fine lines and wrinkles, reduce puffiness and swelling, reduced sinus symptoms, defines the cheekbone and jaw line sculpting the profile of the face. Buccal and masseter intraoral massage also relieves symptoms of headaches, migraines, tmj related issues and sagging skin in the jowls.

This signature duo begins with a relaxing 75 minute Swedish Massage to melt away tension & calm the nervous system and ends with a 60 minute Buccal Intraoral Non-surgical Facelift massage to release tension in the jaw & cheeks, tones facial muscles, encourages lymph drainage & leaves your skin glowing with a natural radiance. *Session allows time for a quick restroom break between the massage and the facial massage if needed. That is a $25 savings from booking the two services together.
